This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of first retail purchase. During the warranty period, Takoto-Tech Pty Ltd will replace or repair, at its sole discretion, any defective Takoto product returned to us, or to one of our dealers, by its original purchaser. Any claims under this warranty must be received by the expiration of the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident, misuse, modifications, or issues from electrical power. It does not cover electrical components such as Heaters or Sensors. It does not cover cosmetic issues such as colour change. It does not cover uses not in accordance with the design intent. All express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. No other warranties are provided.
In no event will Takoto-Tech Pty Ltd (Takoto) have any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether to the original purchaser, or with respect to any third-party claims for damages against the retail purchaser of this product. By using a Takoto product you accept this waiver of liability and agree to Hold Harmless Takoto-Tech Pty Ltd, its officers, associates, & affiliates.
